Maybe it was only genuinely open to previous volunteers then?
I think the key words from the above (buggered up) quote are "early registration places" and " check back here at 10am on Monday 27th February for your second chance to register. Good luck! ".
Got to be worth a try right! Though I can see it being tough for some to come up with a £300 deposit right at the end of the month.
I have always had a fantastic time with Shelter. Go for it.
Good luck indeed!
Does anyone know if this is still the case? Keeping an eye out this morning on the off chance

its a huge open area, have a look on google maps, I doubt they would be able to secure the carpark
if driving down and they have the carpark blocked, there is another car park behind M&S which is across the road.

Thank you both - reluctantly decided to give it a miss. Just think there will be too many other people chancing it seems pretty locked down. On the back of previous form (when doing these types of shows) I'd expect them to do another one - fingers crossed!

To anyone who is local or knows the area - if the car park is cut off is there any obvious place to wait outside the venue for those attempting to blag a way in or would you literally be at arms length all day?

The whole ticket thing, was that to Glastonbury ticket holders or just fan clubs members?
There is no club although most fans of the band think it is based on primarily location but perhaps ticket sales and potentially merch sales through the site! Most seem to be located in the Bath area or nearby yet to hear from anyone else outside of there to collect one yet. Both glasto ticket holders and non also seem to have acquired a pass also. The Cheese and Grain idea is the being touted by most in the groups I'm a part of!

On the topic of Rome - FF's keyboardist just put this on instagram :
Not that I think there is anything to it but coincidental..

What are they comparing the surnames on the tickets to though? As we dont have the same surname funnily enough. I cant see that they will kick up a huge fuss but im worried also about my friends going tommorow with the tickets and my mums surname on them. Thanks for the reply.

My mum purchased 3 coach travel packages from seetickets 1 early bird and 2 travelling on thursday for me and my 2 mates for READING fest. I am travelling today at 7:30pm but I have just been told by a friend that if the tickets have another name printed upon them (mine have my mums name) that you need a letter of permission enabling you to use them and you also need a passport to prove you are the person mentioned in the letter. I assumed that many people buy tickets ( including coach packages) for children/friends with no intention of going themselves. Am I and my friends going to have trouble collecting my tickets on the coach without our names printed on the coach tickets?
Thanks in advance.
