  1. Just checked and last years V had 127 acts announced according to efests (I'm sad and counted) and this year has 46 announced so far. Out of them 127 acts a lot of them included small unknown acts and the comedy stage, stongbow arena etc. 87 of the acts were on the maine 4 stages. About 60 on the main 3 stages!

    To summarise, i reckon V has about 2 or 3 medium-big acts to announce. 4-5 medium and 6-7 medium-small acts across the 3 main stages.

  5. Well if the rumours come to fruition we have The Killers, Stone Roses, Noels High Flying Birds, Florence & The Machine, Happy Mondays and now The Stranglers - for me this is looking SERIOUSLY GOOD at last. Fingers crossed.

  7. After last years Chase and status performance at Hylands i will put my life savings on it being rammed! I think they will pull a bigger crowd than dizzee! But thats just my opinion. C&S was rammed last year up against stereophonics and F+M and they have only got bigger and more commercial (wider audience) since then. All my age group (Late teens early 20's) are talking about seeing c&s this year.
