Whitby Festival of the 60s 2010


Whitby Festival of the 60s takes place at Whitby Pavilion Complex, West Cliff, Whitby, in North Yorkshire from Friday 4th until Sunday 6th June 2010.

Line-up

A full weekend of Sixties tributes and a couple of classic Sixties bands. The line-up is as follows:
FRIDAY, 4TH JUNE from 7pm - 1am: Hermans Hermits, Shakers, Ivy League, and Persuaders.
SATURDAY, 5TH JUNE from 12 noon - 4pm: Tributes To: Shadows, Ricky Nelson, Billy Fury, Bobby Vee, and Gene Pitney.
SATURDAY, 5TH JUNE from 7pm - 1am: Amen Corner With Chip Hawkes, Steve Ellis, Merseybeat Legends, & Pinkertons Colours.
SUNDAY, 6TH JUNE from 12 Noon - 4pm: Tributes To: The Beatles, Elvis, and Cliff Richard.
SUNDAY, 6TH JUNE from 7pm - 1am: Marmalade, Union Gap, Dreamers, and Beat Club.

Tickets

Tickets for all 5 shows - £58. Individual show tickets priced at £20 for evening shows and £12 for afternoon shows. To book tickets telephone Whitby Pavilion Box Office on 01947 604855.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in Whitby.
