Tockwith Festival 2013

Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the Tockwith Festival has rapidly grown from a small event to become one of North Yorkshire's most popular and eagerly awaited events. This year there's a real focus on the music, with artists across two tented stages. The festival takes place on Saturday 18th May 2013.

Line-up

Fossil Collective will headline, plus Gary Stewart Band, Jacobean Ruff, Young Believers, The Raisers, Chunky Butt Funky, Sultans of Thwing, Reel Jiggy, Travis Riley Band and Funky Junk Trio, Willful Missing, The Birdman Rallies, Fall Of Light, Sounds Like Us, DDT, and Tina Featherstone & Simon Prkinson.

Tickets

A limited amount of adult early bird tickets are currently available for £7.50 (full price £10). Children (aged 5-17 years) tickets are priced at £3, and those aged under 5 can attend free. To buy tickets click here.

More info

This year's festival will boast much more to drink and do, with up to 20 bands and other artists across two stages the music is set to take centre stage this year. There's also the usual array of tipples including around 45 carefully-selected quality ales from across Yorkshire and further afield, along with a suitably huge variety of ciders and wines.

However, Tockwith Festival isn't just about ale and music. It's a fun and friendly day out for all the family. As well as activities to keep the kids occupied with workshops and entertainers, there's fresh locally sourced food (where possible organic). Profits have always been given to Tockwith Festivals own registered charity which supports the local school and good causes throughout the area, so anyone overdoing it can rest (and sleep it off soundly) in the knowledge that they were doing so in a very good cause.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
