More than 100 bands and DJs - 'The bands and DJs truly making noise in the UK' - appeared at TMF on 7 stages. These included Breed 77, The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster, Million Dead and Biffy Clyro. It also booked rising artists and underground acts, putting them on the same pedestal as the larger, established bands that headline the event. The last event was in 2005, and the festival site was used more recently in 2008 to host the Offset Festival.
