Something to Smile About Festival 2018


Now in it's 4th year Something to Smile About returns to Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre (Also Known as Hatfield Marina and Hatfield Water Park) in Doncaster and takes place from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd June 2018.

Line-up

The first announced acts include:- The Leylines, Echo Town, Cut Capers, Dirty Vertebrae, Ushti Baba, The Lagan, The Undercover Hippy, John Fairhurst, Nick Parker & The False Alarms, Brad Dear, Regime, Headsticks, Shanks Pon, and many more with more to be announced.

Tickets are priced at £50 for adults. Junior (6yrs-15yrs) weekend tickets are priced at £28. Those aged 5 and under can attend for 1p.

Day tickets are available, priced at £20-25 for adults and £12-15 for juniors. 

Camping is priced at £15/tent, a campervan pass is £20, and a weekend parking pass is £5.

There will be a range of workshops and hands on activities for all ages, plus street performers for added entertainment.

The venue is ideally situated just off of the M180, it is close to local amenities, is perfect for disabled visitors and families and has a host of onsite activities and facilities.

Being a campsite all year round, there is on site, a large toilet and shower block and water access points across the site. Also on site are, a selection of climbing walls, an aerial assault course, a smaller assault course at ground level and also a children's park. The water itself will be closed off throughout the weekend for safety reasons.

Car Parking will be situated in a field next to the park.

The car park and camping will be open from 12pm on Friday the 3rd June, with the main arena opening at 3pm, music starting from 5pm.

Charities

Profits from ticket sales as well as donations from stalls and bars, will all be split between Yorkshire Cancer Research, Cash for Kids, and Lee Bonsall Memorial Fund.
