Organised by friends of the late Joe Strummer, this is intended to be a celebration and tribute run on a not-for-profit basis. This year's Strummercamp Festival returns to Manchester Rugby Club, Cheadle Hulme, in Cheshire from Friday 27th until Sunday 29th May 2011.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are Geno Washington, The Selecter, Chameleons Vox, The Popes, Captain Sensible, Mik Artistik, Rebel Truce, Rasta4eyes, Black Cat Trio, and Jackie O.

Festival goers can also expect comedy, all day bar/food, toilets and disabled toilet facilities, and more.

Tickets

An adult weekend ticket is priced at £65, a child weekend ticket is priced at £20 for children under 14 accompanied by an adult ticket holder, an adult day ticket for either Saturday or Sunday is priced at £37.50. To buy tickets, click here.

Opening times

Gates are expected to open at 3pm on Friday. Saturday and Sunday gates open at 9am and the first band will be on stage at 12 Noon. Day ticket holders must be off site by Midnight of their chosen day. Weekend ticket holders must check off the site no later than noon on Monday.

Strummercamp is a not for profit venture presented organised and staffed entirely by volunteers. It is not connected, affiliated or a subsidiary of any other organisation.
