The third South Park Gardens Music Festival is a free event taking place in South Park Gardens, Wimbledon, South West London on Saturday, 2nd July, 2011.
Organisers Mandy Mallen and Julian Butler wanted to put on a festival for young bands, singers, rappers and musicians who were too young to get out and play on the regular pub/club circuit, and have put the festival together with the help of the Friends of South Park Gardens.
The performers are all local to the Merton area, and the line-up has not yet been announced.
Xfm DJ John Kennedy, known for his passion for young bands, will be compering the event.

Line-up

There will be lots of other exciting things going on as well - expect storytelling and face painting for younger visitors, percussion workshops, there will be food and soft drinks for sale.Volunteer
