Solfest is a Celtic, World and Roots festival set between the mountains and the sea in picturesque West Cumbria and featuring a wide range of musical and cultural experiences.

Expect top name and local bands, a dance tent, children's and adult workshops, session tent, licensed bar and more. A number of acts are already confirmed, including The Wonderstuff, The Proclaimers, Bellowhead, The Selecter, Cara Dillon, and Dreadzone, and more. See here for the details (as available).

CAMPING: A separate quiet camping area for families will be available. You will be able to park next to your tent but please be prepared to move your vehicle in an emergency.

Ticket numbers for 2006 will be the same as 2005, and they're expected to sell out quickly.
