Founded in 2011 SeaRock Festival, takes place at Kotor, Montenegro. The music festival sees fifty volunteers give their contribution to the organization of the festival each yea with the objective of promoting world rock music to the Montenegrin audience. The festival is financed by individual donations and it's free.
