The 7th annual Sark Folk Festival takes place on the Isle Of Sark, Channel Islands from Friday 1st until Sunday 3rd July 2016.

Line-up

The line-up consists of home-grown talent from the Channel Islands as well as artists from the UK and France, more than forty acts in total including Sharon Shannon and Alan Connor, Monster Ceilidh Band, Greg Russell & Ciaran Algar, Mad Dog Mcrea, Hat Fitz and Cara Robinson, Calum Stewart, Dallahan, Les Dieses, Gren Bartley, The Mischa Macpherson Trio, Nick Wyke & Becki Driscoll, Belinda O'Hooley & Heidi Tidow, Ross Couper & Tom Oakes, Steve Dan Mills, The Teacups, and Steve Tilston.

Plus a large number of Channel Island acts as in previous years, including the likes of Lighthouse, Blue Mountains, Mick Le Huray, Buffalo Huddleston Band, The Midnight Ramblers Burg Monty Taft Chloe Le Page Nessi Gomes, Claire Rakich, Nick Dove, Clameur de Haro, Peter Byrne, Crowman and the Fiddling Pixie, Phil Capper, Elliot Falla, Robert J. Hunter, Gregory Harrison, The Rectory Hill Skillet Lickers, GU10, Scots John, James Dumbelton and Andy Clarke, The Space Pirates of Rocquaine, Jamie Larbalestier, The Vraic Gatherers, JD and Folk, Whose Shoes, Wondergeist The Laird’s Chair, The John Wesley Stone from Guernsey, Kevin Pallot from Jersey and Sark's very own Big Sheep.

Tickets

Tickets for the 2016 festival sold out in a day just as they did the last two years.

An adult weekend ticket was priced at £70, and £50 for a weekend concession (OAPs and students) ticket, children aged 12 years and under can attend for free.

A Friday only ticket was priced at £40 for adults and £30 concessions. A Saturday only ticket was priced at £45 for adults and £35 concessions. A Sunday only ticket was priced at £30 for adults and £20 concessions.

Camping

Ticket price does not include camping this is at a nearby campsite area at a price of around £7 per night.
