Rox Festival 2011

Celebrating its 21st Anniversary, this family-friendly FREE event is held on the sea front area west of the pier around the Royal Norfolk, and offers a variety of entertainment including live music on two stages, a procession, kids activities, carnival, world musicians, club stage, fringe events, music, craft and dance workshops, and other art.
This year the festival will be held for two days on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th July. The festival will culminate in one massive party for the town, for all ages and celebrating with a weekend of music, art, sound and colour.
Sunday: The New Community Rock Choir, The Jazz Smugglers, The Racketeers, Stuart James Band, The Pea Shoots, The Move Ons, Silent Republic, The Blind Hearts, The Promise, Murdochs Crazy Eyes, The Fabulous Fug Band, and headliners The Blockheads.
Sunday: Robbie & Jon, The Underagers, The Macers, My Back Pages, 'South Coast Acoustic' With Luke Hyat + Sam Walker & The Muel, Funk Ridge, The Mulberries, Offbeat Offensive, Free Beer & Naked Women.
Sunday: Christian & Fleur, Graham & Jo, Christian & Friends, Artwork, Little Girl Shy, Jay Stapley, The Mashed Potatoes, Will From Fever King, Chalky, Mal Simms Stewart Ross Jon Wigg & Friends, The Reunion Band.
