The three-day long Rock Ness offers an eclectic selection of bands in a beautiful location on the banks of Loch Ness near Inverness, in Scotland. Now in its seventh year the festival returns in 2012 from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th June.

Tickets

Early bird and deposit tickets are no longer available. There are deposit tickets available priced at £53 with camping or £50 without (3 installments). Tickets are priced at £159 for a weekend camping and £149 for a non-camping festival ticket. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 12s go free. A 3 day weekend camping / non camping student ticket is priced at £145, a 3 day Disabled weekend camping ticket is priced at £79.50 or £74.50 non-camping – please email access@aeglive.co.uk. The RockNess Express is priced at £225, and there are also VIP options available. Day tickets are priced at £64 for Saturday or Sunday.

Fancy dress

This year Rock Ness wants festival goers to to get into fancy dress for the big Saturday night Monster & Aliens fancy dress party.

Alcohol

Those aged over 18 can take a reasonable level for personal consumption into the campsite, however it must be taken in on first entry to the festival. Should you go back to you car or leave the festival site again you are not permitted to bring more alcohol back in with you.

Times

Rock Ness also enables festival goers to park and camp directly beside the Arena. Campsites will open at 10am on the Friday, and with the Nesstival area opening as normal in the afternoon and offering a diverse weekend of entertainment.
