Pocktoberfest 2013

Pocktoberfest (Music & Beer Festival) is back for its 10th anniversary on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October at The Old Station, Pocklington School, Pocklington, York.

Line-up

The line-up includes Richard Hawley, Glenn Tilbrook, Josh Ritter, Tift Merritt, Boss Caine, Hope & Social, Lumberjack Cowboy Heartbreak Trucking Co, Huge, Jimbo Doomface, Jerome, Edwina Hayes, Paul Liddell, TE Morris, The Gallenders, Palms 13, and Hayley Gaftarnick.

As Saturday is the first day of the festival, it has the more traditional element of the beer festival with the added bonus of various local musicians performing on two stages.

Tickets are priced at £10 for Saturday, and £38 for Sunday, £30 for under 18s, or £130 for a family ticket (2+2).

Charity

For the 2nd year the event weill be officially supporting the Help for Heroes charity, as well as the RNLI.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
