Pitch Invasion is the second annual FREE Music Festival, held at Seaton Carew Cricket Club, Seaton, Hartlepool, in Cleveland on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August.
The event is is run to support and show off the local talent in the North East from 10am until 7pm each day. Over 23 bands will take to the professionally tech'd and managed stage over the weekend, finishing with Shine On (Pink Floyd tribute) on Sunday.
As well as Shine On, the line-up includes Shadows Chasing Ghosts, White Light Parade, The Reverse, Lithium Speed Dementia, Rayne, 21 Reasons, Our Secret Sins, Indoor Fireworks, No Album Reviews, The Master Colony, Radio Dynamics, Femme Fatale, SavinGrace, Winter In Eden, Infernus, 2 Many Units, I'm Not Google, Atlantic In Transit, We Are Tucker, Hand Of Aces, Kate Williams & Daniel Darcy, and Up Down Strange.
The festival will also have a fun fair, with rides surrounding the stage. Plus prize stalls, henna tattooists, balloon makers, face painters and children's art activities. The event will be raising money for 2 good causes the Red Dreams Charity and Regional Radio station TFM's 'Cash For Kids'.
