Perthshire Amber - The Dougie MacLean Festival - is a ten day celebration taking place from 26th October until 4th November at a variety of locations around Perthshire.
Now in its third year, Perthshire Amber offers contemporary song, folk, and roots rhythms, tunes and harmonies; it is said to test Dougie MacLean's promise not to repeat a single song!
Artists this year include The Paperboys (Vancouver), Tannahill Weavers, Martin Taylor, Dougie MacLean, Patsy Seddon, Andy M Stewart amongst others.
The festival features concerts, plus a ceilidh, Cabaret Amber, open mic sessions, workshops and lots more, taking place at a wide variety of venues including a theatre, castles, and an iron-age Crannog!
TICKETS
Discounts are offered for packages of tickets for three or more evening concerts (e.g. all five concerts: £80). Other concert tickets range in price from £8 - £15 with discounts for some purchased in advance. Workshop and lecture ticket prices range from £3 to £7.50 depending on the event.
