Pembroke festival 2004

Ten days of dance, drama, music, art, food and fun including The Hamsters, Welsh National Opera, and a family orientated River Festival on Sunday 12th September from 12noon until 6pm with a Grand Finale from 8pm until 10pm (the Pyrotechnics Finale is not yet confirmed). Expect some funky Shakespeare, arts workshops, and guided walks too.

There will also be a Welsh Celtic fiddle competition plus a few Irish folk sessions, a Country and Western session, male voice choir, several acoustic sessions in local pubs and two Tea Dances. The festival organisers are aiming to please a wide range of tastes so that hopefully there is going to be something for everyone to enjoy.

The official opening of this year's festival will take place at the Castle Gates on Friday 3rd September between 6.30 and 7.15 pm.
