Oxjam, the biggest music festival in the UK, is a festival with a difference: thousands of events put on by music lovers from large-scale festivals to local sponsored busks throughout October. taking over stages, back rooms and street corners to make music and raise money for Oxfam with gigs, DJ sets, busks and much more.

Throughout October, more than 800 venues, 6,000 volunteers, 6,000 musicians and 180,000 audience members will enable Oxjam to raise at least £400,000 for Oxfam’s important work around the world.

Since 2006, more than 50,000 musicians have played to an audience of more than 1,200,000 people at over 4,000 Oxjam events, raising in excess of £2.8 million to fight poverty around the world.

Around 60 Oxjam Takeovers are taking place across the UK on the same day making it the largest charity music festival in the UK.

Line-up

There are hundreds of music events across the country put on by volunteers with a passion for music, all raising money for charity. Throughout October, more than 800 venues, 6,000 volunteers, 5,500 musicians and 180,000 audience members will help Oxjam to raise at least £350,000 for Oxfam's important work around the world.
