Outwards is a new festival taking place on Saturday 2nd May at the Progress building, bringing together Manchester's role in electronic music.

The festival will be headlined by Orbital with a Special Guest TBA. Other announced acts are: A Certain Ratio, Annabel Fraser, Black Grape, Danielle, DJ Pierre, Factory Floor, Josey Rebelle, LTJ Bukem, Midland b2b rRoxymore, Moodyman b2b Carl Craig, Natalie Robinson, Octave One, OK Williams, Paranoid London, Pearson Sound, Phil (Orbital DJ Set), Suns of Acid, Suze ljo, Tarzsa, The Grid, The Orb, Tom Middleton (Global Communication / GCOM), and Urbi.

Tickets operate on a tiered system, rising in £5 increments. Final tier tickets are now on sale, priced at £55
