The annual NXNW was established in 2006, and lasts a week taking place at various venues across Wigan town centre, many of them free of charge. On the music side of the festival there are regular gigs, jams, an all day u18's event and has held gigs on a train and barge.
As well as the best of Wigan's local acts, the festival offers a range of national and international artists.
This event was last held in 2009.
