Music at the Crossroads 2012


The 16th annual Music at the Crossroads takes place in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire on Saturday 7th July and runs from 1pm – 11.30pm.

Line-up

Headliners Kast off Kinks, are joined by Announcements, Rebecca and The Roses, Freewheelin', The Duckworths, Strobecircus, Nick Ward, Man Make Fire, The Linda Watkins Band, The Mini Band, Palmerston, The FUSS, Rachel Gittus, Flotsam Jets, and Vulnerable Adults.

Entertainment

Over 2000 people are expected at this charitable event which is a combination of live music, children's entertainment, arts and crafts, plate smashing stall, tattoos and face painting, bubbles, family picnic area, magician, catapult challenge, fairground ride, raffle , and more. Hook Norton Brewery beer tent plus food stalls, bouncy castle& inflatables, tea & cakes, stalls, pig roast etc.

Tickets

An adult ticket is priced at £16.50, a youth ticket (ages 11 - 17 years old inclusive) is priced at £8.50, and children aged 10 and under with a paying adult (max 3 per adult) can go free. To buy tickets, click here.

Camping

The camp site will have toilets and rubbish receptacles. Camping pitches are available only with a Adult Camping Ticket. Camping tickets are available on the friday and saturday of the event if space is still available.

Fund raising

Since 2001 the music festival has donated over £60,000 through the Hook Norton Charitable Association. Both national and local charities receive donations, previous beneficiaries of the monies raised include Leukaemia Research, Fire Service Benevolent Fund, Katherine House Hospice, the Air Training Corps, the local village school, the social, sporting and youth orientated groups and facilities in the village and surrounding areas, local church funds, the local village museum and many more.
