Founded by producer Kevin Wall, in partnership with former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, Live Earth gives entertainment the power to transcend social and cultural barriers to move the world community to action through integrated events, media, and the live experience creating a global movement aimed at solving the most critical environmental issues. The first one in 2007 saw more that 150 acts perform in 11 locations around the world. The second one happened in 2015.
