Llangollen 2013

Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod has run every summer since 1947. Each year around 4,000 performers converge on Llangollen a small Welsh town to sing and dance in a unique combination of music, dance and international peace and friendship.

The 67th Eisteddfod will take place from Tuesday 9th until Sunday 14th July 2013 at the Royal International Pavilion in Llangollen.

Line-up

Six days of music and folk dance from all over the world in one place! More than 4,000 competitors, from over 50 countries will take part. Acts include Jools Holland & his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, Jamie Smith's Mabon, Only Men Aloud, Claire Rutter, Mirouslava Yordanova, Gwyn Hughes Jones, Jonathan Lemalu, Llangollen International Orchestra, Mass International Choir, Bryn Fôn a'r Band, James and Ola Jordan, Buena Vista Social Club, Melodians Steel Band, Côr Godre’r Aran, Côr y Brythoniaid, Fron Male Voice Choir, Rhos Orpheus Male Voice Choir, and many many more to be announced.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
