Lawnfest 2012


Lawnfest, The Music Art and Food Festival, is held amid 32 acres of picturesque grounds of The New School, West Heath, Sevenoaks, in Kent on Saturday 30th June 2012 from 3pm to 10pm.

Line-up

The family occasion will be headlined by The Magic Numbers who will be supported by many up and coming bands including Clean Bandit, The Shoestrung, Tinashe, Cleo Sol, and Manchow.

Tickets

An adult ticket is priced at £20; a family ticket (2 x adults and 2 x children) is priced at £40, children aged 8 and under have free entry, tickets for children aged 9-16 years are priced at £10. To buy tickets, click here.

On site

There will be vintage teas, local produce, a pop up farmers market and a bar, children have the opportunity to learn the art of circus training, make models out of chocolate, as well as face painting and crafts.

Not for profit

All proceeds from this family fundraising event will be donated to the school's bursary fund.

The New School

The New School at West Heath is attended by children between the ages of 11 and 19 who have tragically suffered emotional damage through abuse, bereavement, bullying and or other similar trauma that leaves them unable to cope with mainstream schooling. After they leave the school, they are returned with great care to the education system to rebuild their lives. Lawnfest was initiated by Camilla Al Fayed and The Al Fayed Charitable foundation supports the event and West Heath School.
