Bringing heavy metal to Wales for an enjoyable weekend. The atmosphere remains upbeat throughout the festival, and despite the frightening amount of alcohol being consumed in all corners, there is rarely if ever any trouble from to be found. This is a festival which really does exist for the music.
Hammerfest the festival for metal fans run by the people put on Hard Rock Hell and Metal Hammer returns for its 8th edition and will take place from early arrival party Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th March 2016 returning to Haven, the Hafan y Mor Holiday Park at Pwllheli, Gwynedd, in North Wales to celebrate Welsh Warriors. Hammerfest 8 will also feature HRH Doom, HRH Stoner and HRH Thrash.
In total expect three stages and over 50 bands.
Exodus, Cradle of Filth, Trollfest, Re-Animator, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Lawnmower Deth, Ranger, Def Con One, Turisas, Sorcerer, Evile, Acid Reign, Holy Grail, Tragedy, The Qemists, One For Sorrow, Stoneghost, Druganaut, Reign of Fury, Oaf, Brutai, Anihilated, Life of Fire, Seething Akira, Cypher16, Derision, Phantom Sea, Steak, Profane and the Sacred, and Ocean Mind.
All accommodation has sold out in record time.
Tickets are priced at £120 for a three day, and £99 for a two day, Friday and Saturday, pass.
Tickets included three nights' accommodation and entrance to all the arenas as well as free car and parking. All options include early check in on Thursday night.
There are 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and static caravans available which sleep 2-8 people. As the apartments and caravans are sold on maximum occupancy, the more people sharing the apartment/caravan, the cheaper the price works out for everyone! All tickets include free car parking on site.
Onsite car parking included as well as private bathroom, fitted kitchen, lounge, TV, gas fire, bed linen (bathroom towels NOT provided), and free electricity.
