Gypsy in the Field 2012


Gypsy in the Field is a new small festival happening on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September 2012 just outside Aylsham, in Norfolk offering music, poetry and comedy.

Line-up

Gypsy in the Field supports local artists as well as those from further afield with a line-up that includes Ady Johnson, The Fircones, Al Goodwin, BlackDogHat, John Sage, Bluebell Would, The Joe Inman Project, Panama Dave, Sheri Kershaw, Peter Conway, Steven Finn, Master Solo, Josefin Winther, About Eight, Harriet Langley, Sadie Jemmett, and Nicola Harrison.

Plus comedians Dave Bibby, Trevor Lock, Julia Steets, and Sebastian Handley, as well as Agent Burlieque, Mme Charlotte-Ann Arcati, Rachel Amey, Tom Bland, Fiona McKinnon, Oh Standfast, Tony Myers, Carl Chamberlain, Laura Martin-Simpson, and Ant Smith.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £32 for the weekend, or £75 for a family ticket, or £20 for a day ticket. There is also a No Hassle Camping Ticket priced at £109for 2 tickets, a pre-erected tent, 2 sleeping bags, mats and pillows, and a hamper of local goodies.

The festival has two performance spaces: Main Stage and Little Gypsy Tent, camping facilities and food and drink all sourced from local producers including Fat Cat Brewery, GF White Butchers, Broadland Wineries, The Bakehouse, and Norfolk Truffle Company.
