The Good Life Experience, was launched by Cerys Matthews and is aimed at families, parents and anyone who wants to get more in touch with the great outdoors.The festival is dedicated to celebrating the great outdoors with archery, abseiling, cooking classes, camp fires and sing-a-longs with Cerys among the many activities on offer.

Getting there

Train: Hawarden station is the nearest railway station. It is a short 5 minute taxi ride from the Hawarden Estate Farm Shop. Chester is the nearest station From London Euston, the average journey time is 2 hours and 5 minutes

Car: From Liverpool and Manchester, the average journey time is 35 minutes From London, the average journey time is 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Plane: The nearest airports to the festival are John Lennon airport [a 30 minute drive from Hawarden Estate] and Manchester airport [a 35 minute drive from Hawarden Estate].
