Festival Mundial 2012


Festival Mundial takes place at Leijpark near Tilburg, Netherlands on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th 2012.

The festival has a capacity of 80,000 and on the Friday organizes a free 'picnic' from 5.30pm and close at 11pm.

Tickets

The early bird offer has ended. A weekend ticket is priced at 50 euros for a 2 day ticket, and 80 euros including overnight camping. Children up to and including 12 years of age, accompanied by an adult with an admission ticket, can enter the festival for free. To buy tickets, click here.

Camping

The campsite opens on Saturday at 8am on Monday campers must leave the campsite before noon. Children up to and including 12 years do need a ticket for the campsite.

Disabled

The festival tries to be wheelchair-friendly festival possible. There is parking near the entrance, a disabled toilet and a special wheelchair platform available. In Leijpark are some pathways that run through the mainly grass park, and the festival offers viewing platforms.

Getting there

The train is the best way to reach the festival site, with extra long trains put on to reach the festival. Trains run to Tilburg on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, and there's a shuttle bus which will take you for 3 euros from the station to the festival site and back. If travelling after 7pm on a Friday it's cheapest to get a weekend return, and you can travel back on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
