Located in the Somerset countryside Farmfest is a rustic festival with a social conscience. The event is a non profit making festival that raises money for practical action a charity that works with poor communities to help them choose and use technology to improve their lives.

There are two music stages hosting live acts and DJs. The bands confirmed so far are Babyhead, Go faster, Blah Blah Blah, Kingsize, Speakershoe, The Late Greats, Naked and the Boys, The Golden Silvers, Brandon Steep, Surfin Turnips, The Standards, Fingerless Hoodlum, Runaway brigade, The Josh White Band, Pinstripe, Alfalpha, Bearknuckles, and Letters from London.

Free camping from from Friday 25th (4pm) July to Sunday 27th (3pm) is included. If you'd like to bring a campervan or caravan this will need to be arranged prior to the event by calling the organisers. Tickets cost £20 and can be purchased by calling 08458389924 or online by clicking here.

The event also has an site is a bar, food stalls, art installations, and lots of randomness including a human powered, water squirting wooden elephant! Hats are compulsory!
