Evolution takes place in the North East of England, over two days with stages occupying Spiller's Wharf and Baltic Square on the Gateshead quayside. The event offers an eclectic programme of music which includes dance, pop, world, jazz, rock and roots. In 2014 it was announced the event would be 'paused' for that year.
