Eastern Haze 2006

With camping included in the ticket price and many top acts now confirmed, this event offers a selection of stalls, food, beer, and live music plus VJs and DJs. There's also a Kid’s Area, Holistic Area, Theatre, Clowns, Entertainers, Storytellers, Crafts and attractions.

With over 100 acts on five stages, confirmed acts so far include Here & Now, Eat Static, Dream Machine, Nukli, Dumpy’s Spacenutz, Grooveweird, Litmus, Underground Zero, Subgiant, Bison, Obedient Bone, Tarantism, Shom plus Heads We’re Dancing from Australia and Blast from Moscow. Friday night will be headlined by festival favourites Senser, Saturday night by Hawkwind and Sunday night will close the event with the mighty sound of Dreadzone. There is a dance tent for DJ acts, a range of Acoustic and World music on the acoustic stage, and a Reggae Stage. For the full line-up so far including local bands, click here.

Tickets are on sale (advance tickets only) - click here to buy. They're priced at £40 for the weekend which includes camping and parking for the weekend. Children under 14 are free when accompanied by a ticket bearing adult.

A proportion of the event proceeds will be donated between two charities, The Big C Appeal, and the Help an East Coast Child Appeal.
