So who are None The Less, and how did you all meet?
We are a 5 piece metal band from Watford, Hertfordshire. Myself-Anthony Giannaccini on Vocals, Owen Harvey on Guitar, Oli Stanton on Bass, Mike Smith on Drums and Joe Page also on Guitar. Myself, Oli and Owen met whilst we were at school together. Owen was already playing guitar and persuaded me into given the vocals a try and Oli took up position on the bass. After that, we jammed stuff out and started to learn what playing music was all about. A lot of old classics were rehearsed quite regularly!

How would you describe yourselves?
'Metal 'n Roll'! We've thrown this term about quite a lot as it seems to suit our style. We feel our music is essentially metal based but its extremely melodic and plenty of rock 'n roll riffs appear. We always aim for big choruses, everyone loves a good sing along.

How was in playing at the legendary Donington Park?
It was an absolute honour to follow in the footsteps of many of the bands that influenced us. To be asked to play the show in itself was amazing but the turnout and reaction for our set was unbelievable. A good 500 - 600 showed up in a 1100 capacity tent so we were thoroughly chuffed. Big up Red Bull for putting us on. We want to come back next year!

Who would you best replace if they pulled out of the Main Stage line-up?
Journey! We feel we have what it takes to live up to their pure epic-ness.

After you've got over the weekend, what are you're plans next?
We're playing one last local show in London at the Camden Barfly on June 28th and then we have a month off and start touring the mini album with a 2 week stint supporting our good friends Young Guns from July 21st - August 9th. We'll be hitting venues all over England, with two Welsh dates included. Also we'll be playing this year's Underage Festival on August 2nd, which we've have the pleasure in playing at before and itÂ’s always a good show.
