Coventry Godiva Festival 2007

This event claims to be the Midlands’ biggest three-day FREE festival, attracting over 70,000 people to an eclectic mix of rock, hip-hop, folk, comedy, poetry, and world music.

2007 is the festivals tenth anniversary, and it's promising to be bigger than ever. Mr. Hudson and The Library, The Cribs, The Human League, Super Furry Animals, and Sean Cannon are among the acts performing. Click here for the full line-up to date.

Throughout the weekend local craftsmen will be giving demonstrations and a variety of organisations will be giving talks to raise awareness on environmental issues. Also taking place at the festival will be the Godiva Carnival Procession, which promises an array of newly created floats and costumes with this years theme being, Routes – Worldwide origins of carnival.
