Coachella 2010

The dates for 2010 are confirmed as Friday 16th to Sunday 18th April.

Line-up

The line-up for this year includes Pavement, Thom Yorke????, Vampire Weekend, Them Crooked Vultures, LCD Soundsystem, Phoenix, Tiësto, Faith No More, Deadmau5, David Guetta, MGMT and Public Image Limited as well as more than 130 acts. For the line-up details see the bottom of this page.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at $269 for a 3-day pass or $99 for a single day, with camping costing an extra $55. They have sold out.

Camping

There's a new system in place for 2010. 10x30 Camping Spot $55 (the festival is selling spots, not per person and cars will be allowed to park within the purchased spot). RV Camp spot $250 (every RV in RV camping area needs an RV pass).

Onsite camping is expected to open at 5pm on Thursday 15th April and closes at 10am on Monday 19th April. Note that you must be over 18 (and have ID to prove your age) to be able to use the festival campsite. NO open fires, gas, charcoal, propane or any other cooking devices allowed. No alcohol (there will be a campsite clubhouse serving cocktails).

Farmer's Market

Te festival provides everything you need all weekend. There's a farmers market which offers fresh fruit and produce every morning, all grown by local farmers throughout the Coachella Valley. The Farmers Market will be located near the main general store, which will be stocked with tons of essentials.

Getting there

The nearest airport is Palm Springs International Airport, 23 miles away. Car parking at the festival is free.
