Brewood Music Festival 2014

The 6th bi-annual Brewood Music Festival takes place at various venues throughout Brewood, South Staffordshire, from Thursday 10th July to Sunday 13th July 2014.

Line-up

Glenn Tilbrook from Squeeze and Toploader have been confirmed to headline this years Brewood Music Festival. 

Thursday: Brewood Introducing. Young local talent showcase at Jubilee Hall.
Frida Opening of the Festival proper. Varied entertainment at pubs across the village with Trevor Burton Band, The Broombusters, Bekah & The Sound, Rubicon, Urbane. St. Mary & St. Chad Church will host a Classical Concert and there will be a Folk Evening at Brewood Cricket Club.

Saturday: Main event at St. Dominic's School featuring - Glenn Tilbrook from Squeeze, Toploader, The Laurence Jones Band, By The Rivers, and Neomantix. Plus a lunchtime jazz at The Three Stirrups featuring Steve Ajao Jazz Quartet and a Folk Session at The Swan Hotel.

Sunday: Free open-air 5 hour extravaganza in the Square. A wide variety of acts, ranging from Rockabilly, Reggae, Classical and even a scratch choir, formed from local residents especially for the event, will perform throughout the afternoon while street entertainers will be on hand in between acts.

Tickets for them main event on Saturday are priced at £25, some of the events are free.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
