Brainwash Festival 2010

The Brainwash Festival returns for a fifth year to the Brudenell Social Club, and the Royal Park Cellars. The event takes place from Friday 22nd October until Sunday 24th October.

Line-up

Around 40 bands will be playing over the course of the weekend including Melt Banana, Shining, 65daysofstatic (DJ Set), Chickenhawk, Glissando, The Plight, Tweak Bird, Dosh (Anticon), Holy State, Blacklisters, and Juffage. For the line-up details as available please click here.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £20 for a 3 day weekend tickets, with day tickets priced at £5 for Friday, and £10 for either Saturday or Sunday. To buy tickets, click here. This is an over 18 event.

Charity

The festival always has a charity element each year, raising money for the likes of Oxfam and Sheffield Children's Hospital in the past few years. This year Brainwash are in the process of setting up a teaching program with local musicians, aiming to provide free music lessons to those young people who would normally struggle to get any.

Accommodation

This event does not having camping, but there are plenty of accommodation options in Leeds.
