Bloom is a new festival that describes itself as "a boutique festival of cultured electronic beats and bass".

There'll be four arenas with a blend of up-and-coming and established groups, artists, DJs and labels. Sounds will include music from a plethora of genres including electro, house, hip hop, jazz, funk and drum'n'bass.
