This is Britain's largest and liveliest Green event (first held in 1982, having grown out of the 'green' element at the Glastonbury festivals). It is the highlight of the annual calendar for thousands of members, activists and supporters of the Green movement.
There was no BGG in 2008, and it has not returned since.
