Bean Fest 2012

Bean Fest takes place on Saturday 14th July 2012 at The Park View, Swinton, in South Yorkshire. Now in its third year the FREE entry all day music festival takes place in honour of Rob 'Bean' Crook.

UK Foo Fighters, Mentallica, Rage Against The Bean, Skam, Mask Of Virtue, View From S62, Crazy 88, White Water Blackout, Steel Trees, Ego Kicks, East Street Band, Mayhem, Volume Zero, Sporadic Slaughter, Goat Leaf, The Foundry, Atlas, Junkyard Collective, and Beanz Bizkitz.

Run by a group of musicians in memory of their friend who passed away in 2010 at the age of 23 the festival offers free live music along with making money for local charity Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. They have already raised over £8000 for Bluebell from the last two years.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
