Bath Carnival 2017

The annual carnival, which is essentially a festival with a carnival parade in the middle of it. The event includes a full day festival event with a main stage programmed with live music. We will announce our lineup of live acts and DJs at the end of March.

There is also a city centre wide Carnival procession with live drumming, carnival performers and members of the community, which starts and finishes from the festival site (a park in the heart of Bath).

Theme

The theme this year is "Colourful Creatures", which will include fancy dress and a round of drop-in workshops at Green Park Station in the preceding weeks to help people with costumes.
