Bang Face - The Weekender 2015


After a couple of years out Bang Face returns for a weekend of raving by the seaside. Held at a new location; the Pontins resort in Southport, near Liverpool, the weekender runs from Friday 13th until Sunday 15th September 2015.

This is a festival for fun-loving fans of dance music, especially those who missed out on the glory days of rave first time around. Musically, Bang Face The Weekender will encompass Acid, Jungle, Rave, Drum & Bass, Breakcore, Techno, Electro, Breakcore, Dubstep and Electronica as well as chilled music.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are Squarepusher, Roni Size (18 years DJ set feat. Youngman), David Rodigan, Utah Saints, The Advent, Ed Rush, Congo Natty: Rebel MC, Tenor Fly, Congo Dubz, Alec Empire, Scratch Perverts, N-Joi, Altern-8 - Mark Archer live / first new A8 tracks since ’93!, Luke Vibert, Neil Landstrumm, DJ Pierre, Phuture, Hellfish, The DJ Producer, Doc Scott, Kenny Ken, Broken Note, High Rankin, Pet Duo, Igneon System, Ceephax Acid Crew, Boxcutter, Gancher & Ruin, Counterstrike, Igorrr, Satan, Flava D, Bass Clef, Kanji Kinetic & Thorpey, Anklepants, Squire of Gothos & Spongebob Squarewave, Lenkemz, Dave Skywalker, and Saint Acid.

Expect a musical explosion of Acid, Jungle, Rave, Drum & Bass, Breakcore, Techno, Electro, Breakcore, Dubstep and Electronica as well as chilled music. Music will start in the main rooms from early afternoon and run through til dawn whilst the pub doesn't stop.

Tickets are priced at £165 per person, only 4 and 6 berth accommodation left..

Getting there

The Resort's closest station is Ainsdale Trian Station is less than 1 mile from the venue. Southport Train Station is approximately 4 miles from the venue. Taxis cost roughly £7 per journey.
