South East In East Festival 2009

Seven day's of musical showcases presented by Off Modern, Too Pure Singles, No Pain in Pop, Holy Roar and Backyard Records at Vibe Bar, Brick Lane, London taking place from Friday 28th August until Tuesday 3rd September.

Featuring everything arts workshops and a nightly exhibition of some of the best new acts around and great established bands.

The line-up so far confirmed is as follows:
Friday 28 August now only £4 instead of £7, from 8pm till Midnight with:
Thee Vicars, Lixo, Fiction, Nasty Mcquaid, My Tiger My Timing, Tomfoolery, and Hot Club De Paris

Saturday 29 August at Barden's Boudoir on Kingsland Road, Dalston, from 8pm till 4am, and is now only £5 instead of £7
Casiokids, It Hugs Back, Super Tennis, Bradley Zero, Feeding Time, Off Modern DJs, and Special Guests.

Sunday 30 August at Old Blue Last, from 8pm, and is £4 with:
Teenagers In Tokyo, Ali Love, Publicist, Dollop
Night Slugz Carnival After Party is still at Vibe Bar, upstairs and is £5, running from 8pm till 3am. During the day there will be a FREE acoustic stage featuring some very special performances and bands. Festuring: Woe, Jamie Commons, Special Performance, Naseby Fox, Saudis, Dirty Honky Vs Handsome Pete, and 18 Carat Love Affair.

Each night is hosted by a different record label and they will be showcasing the best of their talent for just seven pounds. As well as this there will be bands performing outdoors in the bank holiday sunshine on Saturday/Sunday/Monday and arts workshops during the rest of the week for the creatively inclined.
