Blossoms have been announced as the replacement for Bloody Valentine rapper Machine Gun Kelly who was due to be main support for Biffy Clyro, at Reading and Leeds Festival this weekend, happening from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th August 2021.
ÂA statement from the organisers said: "Due to restrictions and logistics, Machine Gun Kelly is no longer able to perform at #RandL21. Keep an eye on our website for news of a replacement and other artist announcements!"
The announcement came after Machine Gun Kelly pulled out of ALT+LDN festival in Clapham for similar reasons, which takes place the day after Reading & Leeds ends.
Reading and Leeds Festival tickets have sold out. Weekend tickets were priced at £232.20 including fees, while day tickets were priced at £81.50 for any day at either location.
Reading & Leeds Festivals take place at Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, and Bramham Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire respectively, from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th August 2021.
