More has been announced for the dual Reading & Leeds Festivals which takes place at Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, and Bramham Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire respectively, with both events happening over the four days of Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th August 2019.

There's entertainment of comedy and more on the Alternative Stage with both locations treated to Josh Widdicombe, Bridget Christie, Carl Donnelly, Dane Baptiste, David Morgan, Ed Gamble, Fin Taylor, Kae Kurd, Kiri Pritchard-Mclean, Lloyd Griffith, Marcus Brigstocke, Masud Milas, Russell Kane, Shappi Khorsandi, Tom Allen, the David's Out For A Good Night (Live Podcast), and late-night DJs Hot Dub Time Machine, and Trangressive Takeover, plus at Reading there's also Abigoliah Schamaun, Andrew Maxwell, spoken-word poet Luke Wright, and Buttoned Down Disco, while just Leeds has Brennan Reece, and Nick Helm. There's also film screenings of documentaries including ‘Liam Gallagher: As It Was’ and Frank Sidebottom’s ‘Being Frank: The Chris Sievey Story’.

There's more music across a number of the stages at both sites, with (alphabetically) rising rap star Barny Fletcher, Big Heath, US punk rock band Bleached, indie rockers Childcare, Digdat, Geko, Kawala, pop queen Kim Petras, Laura Jane Grace & The Devouring Mothers, British singer-songwriter Mabel, rapper and producer NAV, the heavy-riffing Oddity Road, fashion-art rockers Palaye Royale, Irish rock band Picture This, Philadelphia singer-songwriter Pink Sweat$, Californian punk rockers Plague Vendor, Merseyside crew Queen Zee, siblings Sons of Raphael, rap-rock morphers The LaFontaines, Tyla Yaweh, East London drill rapper Unknown T, and US rapper YBN Nahmir all added to the bill.

And for Leeds only, there's Relentless After Dark from Thursday until Sunday with Alma (live), Amy Becker, Charlie Sloth & Friends Presents, Crucast feat: Skepsis, Darkzy, TS7, Bru-C, Mr Virgo, Lazcru & Window Kid, DJ Jonezy, DJ Semtex, Hannah Wants, Jaguar, James Organ, Jay1, Jess Bays, L U C Y, Mason Maynard, Mic Righteous, Prospa, Rude Kid, Solardo, Stardom, The Menendez Brothers, and Unknown T.
