More acts have been revealed for the second Hit the North Festival, which takes place at Various Venues in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th May 2018.

Rat Boy (pictured above) has been announced to perform at the O2 Academy on Sunday, with other additions revealed today being:- Sports Team, Jake Houlsby, Imogen, Fletcher Jackson, Deep Sleep, Ghost Signals, Susan, Matt Dunbar, Tall Shaves, Brother Joe, and Stray Light.

They join the previously announced acts which include Saturday headliner Peace and Sunday headliner The Horrors, as well as:- Jungle, Circa Waves, Drenge, British Sea Power, Marmozets, Tom Grennan, Blaenavon, Cabbage, Sunset Sons, Pale Waves, Tom Walker, The Magic Gang, The Pale White, Will Heard, Louis Berry, Girl Ray, Detroit Social Club, and many more.

Tickets are on sale, priced at £50 for a weekend ticket, £12.50 for Saturday or £35 for Sunday.
