comedy line-up revealed for Green Man Festival

The comedy line-up has been revealed for the Green Man , which takes place in Glanusk Park, Usk Valley, Powys, Wales, from Thursday 16th to Sunday 19th August 2018.

The announced comedians are:- Phil Wang, Rob Deering, Bec Hill, Pat Cahill, Stuart Laws, Lloyd Griffith, Annie McGrath, Mark Oliver, George Egg, Bobby Mair, Phil Jerrod, Caroline Mabey, Gavin Osborn, Howard Read, Steve Hall, Gabriel Ebulue, Tiernan Douieb, Hedluv & Passman, and Beat This.

The musical stars of the festival include:- The War on Drugs, Fleet Foxes, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, John Grant, Grizzly Bear, Dirty Projectors, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Black Angels, Public Service Broadcasting, Anna Calvi, Cate le Bon, Mount Kimbie, Baxter Dury, Floating Points, The Lemon Twigs, & more.

As well as music and comedy, the festival will feature art installations, literature and film tents, Welsh poetry, art and music, ceilidhs, poetry, theatre, science, comedy, Nature and Nurture massage area, a daily dusk till dawn bonfire, impromptu jamming sessions, and food stalls offering a wide range of cuisine most of which is locally sourced and organic. The festival also has an array of quirky bars dotted around the site with the a 24 hour drinks licence, serving everything from real ale and cider, wine, to hot toddies, and cocktails.

Student weekend: £155
Teen (13-17) weekend: £115
Little folk (5-12) weekend: £20
infant: free (but needs ticket)
Campervans: from £75
