The wellbeing programme for The Sanctuary has been revealed for Wilderness Festival, which is held at Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire from Thursday 2nd until Sunday 5th August 2018.  Festival-goers can meet highly regarded yogis for masterclasses, box or dance themselves fit, explore mind and soul at workshops on love and self-care, or escape to the lakes and forests for wild classes.

This year includes 3 new wellbeing venues, dedicated to whatever suits your mood. In The Solar Space, there are classes to energise and fitness sessions to blast out the cobwebs, with HIIT and Barre workouts with Third Space and Boxercise with Bodyism. Or dance yourself fit with At Your Beat or at Frame's dance cardio class. Or the Boys of Yoga will be on hand to power you up with Vinyasa.

In The Yoga Sphere, there's yoga of every persuasion, with masterclasses with Yogi Ashokananda, Kathryn McCusker and Bridget Kramer Woods, and every type of yoga you can imagine: dynamic, hatha, acro-yoga and even a Yoga Rave. Drop in for a class or stay all day and discover new ideas and practice.

The Lunar Sphere is a place for calming energy, workshops and meditation. Learn the Yoga Sleep Method with Natasha Kerry or discover 'Self Care for Busy Minds' presented by Julie Montagu. Also on hand to help maintain those all important energy levels will be Rebel Kitchen's Tamara Arbib.

A new festival partnership with Refinery29 will present Self-defence classes, a course for women in collaboration with Somalian boxer Ramla Ali. Using Ramla's technical knowledge and pragmatic life experience, this session teaches practical personal safety and aims to help you feel that little bit more self-confident.

There are also outdoor classes with paddleboard yoga on emerald lakes, and secret yoga in the woods with Top Yogi, Tania Brown who will be hidden within the wilderness. Organic beauty specialists, Neals Yard return to The Sanctuary spritzing you with heavenly products and will be offering a place to sit, reflect and recharge. A chance to chill and refill your bottles surrounded by flowers.

The music line-up for Wilderness includes Nile Rodgers and Chic, Bastille, Jon Hopkins, Kamasi Washington, Baxter Dury, !!! (chk chk chk), IAMDDB, Palace, Joy Crookes, Dan Owen, My Baby, Billy Lockett, Mahalia, Confidence Man, Stereo Honey, Afriquoi, Wilderness Orchestra, Oh My God!
