The first acts have been revealed for Supersonic Festival, which returns to The Crossing + Boxxed + Wilde in Floodgate Street, Birmingham from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th June 2018.
Gazelle Twin return to Supersonic, after a successful performance in 2015, and will perform the UK premier of their brand new album at the festival.
Also announced today are Berlin drummer Andrea Belfi, London ensemble Vanishing Twin, experimental four-piece Housewives, ethereal black metal band Wolves in the Throne Room, Yves Tumor, Daniel Higgs, Faka, Mario Batkovic, and The Ex, who will perform both in the main festival and at the event's "Kids Gig".
Supersonic will be host to the first major UK project by artist Dennis McNett, who will be creating a large scale procession piece with the art becoming performance throughout the event.
Tickets are on sale, currently priced at £90 for the weekend.
