Victorious Festival which happens from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th August (bank holiday weekend) at Portsmouth's Southsea Common have announced the acts playing its Butserfest Stage.

Butserfest has been running since 2007, presenting the next big thing in alternative & rock music, and they've joined forces with Victorious to bring the vibe to a larger audience. The stage will feature established names, as well as showcase young talent from East Hampshire. Bands who wish to apply to play on this stage can do so until Saturday 1st July at the Victorious website.

Confirmed to play on the stage are Saturday's headliner Deaf Havana, who'll be joined by Pulled Apart By Horses. The Sunday is headlined by prog-metallers SikTh, while other acts confirmed for the stage are Young Guns, Dinosaur Pile Up, Hacktivist, Shvpes, Counterfeit, and Fort Hope.

Victorious is headlined by Madness, Stereophonics, and Elbow, with The Charlatans, Rita Ora, Olly Murs, Jake Bugg, Maximo Park, Franz Ferdinand, The Dandy Warhols, Slaves, and many more. For the details so far please see the line-up page.
