Arrested Development, Candi Staton, and Italian Latin, Jazz and Bossa Nova artist Gerardo Frisina are the first acts to be announced for Margate Soul Weekend held from Friday 4th until Monday 7th August 2017 over the streets, specific venues, harbour, seafront and Winter Gardens in the Old Town quarter of Margate, in Kent.
This year's festival has an improved Sunset Stage, a huge outdoor arena overlooking the sea and a unique combination of ticketed large-scale outdoor live shows, free family friendly street performances, DJ led carnival street parties and the most eclectic mix of club nightlife.
A complete all events wristband is priced at £66 and gives access to all ticketed arenas indoors and out throughout the whole weekend inclusive of closing parties.
